The Annual Percentage Yields (APY) are accurate as of 10/24/11 and are paid based on balances and monthly qualifications as follows: 1.50% APY paid on balances between one penny and $15,000.01 and 0.25% APY paid on all amounts above $15,000.01 each statement cycle provided the minimum monthly qualifications are met. The minimum monthly statement qualifications are: you must access your account online, make 12 debit card purchases and complete one direct deposit or automatic payment from your account. If you do not meet the qualifications per statement cycle, your account will still function as an Interest Bearing Checking Account earning a base rate 0.10% APY however No ATM refunds will be provided. Rates are variable and subject to change after the account are opened. A minimum opening deposit of $100 is required. There is no transaction charge at any NYCE network member with Money Pass/Sum ATMs. Other banks may impose ATM surcharges at their machines. Surcharge fees assessed by owner(s) of other ATMs will be reimbursed as long as qualifications are met. Reimbursement does not include the 1% International Service fee charged by VISA for certain foreign transactions conducted outside of the continental United States. A $25 penalty will be imposed if account is closed within 90 days. Fees may reduce earnings.
